Youth Association led by Rev. Fr. Thomas Kora had signed up for voluntary work with Missionaries of Charity in San Francisco on June 9, 2012. Eleven church members actively participated in this event. Sisters at the Missionaries of Charity operate a kitchen to provide food for the homeless and needy. It was a great opportunity to work along-side the Sisters in serving food and cleaning the premises. We served for around 2 hours and attended to around 60 people who had come to the facility. It was a blessed experience in serving others.
